The Gospel is simply news about someone who accomplished something.

1 Corinthians 15:3 - Something you can hold onto:

Christ died for our sins

Ephesians 2:1-10

   1. Believers were once dead in their sins. (v. 2:1)

   2. But God, rich in mercy and love, made believers alive together with Christ. (vv. 2:4-5)

   3. Believers are saved by grace through faith. (v. 2:8)

   4. Believers are God's workmanship, created in Christ to walk in good works. (v 2:10)
