Faithfulness in Babylon X || Daniel 10-11
Introduction
Summary of Daniel 10-11
What does Daniel 10-11 mean for us today?
1. It teaches us the true nature of this world and it gives us perspective on our
situation
a. A perspective of our own lives in God’s bigger story (11:2-45)
b. A perspective of a spiritual reality in our world (10:12-13, 20-21)
2. It teaches us how to live in the present
a. Remaining humble before God and seeking understanding (10:12)
b. Remaining faithful during times of trials and tribulations (11:32-35)
Sending Word: Romans 8:35-39,
35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or
persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? . . .
37 No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved
us. 38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor
demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor
depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love
of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
